The buildings look to anchor themselves onto reality via the establishment of physical and conceptual relations: on one hand, a topological organization referred to the nearby presence of the M-40 highway; on the other, an open and protected precinct occupied by an artificial lump made up of the volume displaced by the basement excavations. A continuous band with double-oriented dwellings is surrounded by a variable filter, able to publicise the diversity in the interior occupations.
